Did Jeff shiffrin fall of the roof? It’s still unclear exactly what caused Jeff Shiffrin to fall off the roof of his home in Colorado. The Eagle County, Colorado coroner’s office said the cause of death was “head trauma” but they did not say which accident caused his death. The Shiffrin family has not said if the cause of death was a fall or another accident. Regardless of the cause of death, it’s hard to imagine how did Jeff shiffrin fall of the roof.
Owen Harts
Canadian wrestler Owen Hart fought for both the World Wrestling Federation and World Championship Wrestling. On May 23, 1999, Hart was killed after a stunt for a pay-per-view match went horribly wrong. Hart fell 78 feet as his quick release harness failed while he was being raised into the air. Before he ever got to the hospital, it’s thought that his injuries caused him to pass away.
DJ Meh di
French DJ and producer DJ Mehdi worked for the Ed Banger Records label. He passed away on September 13, 2011, after tripping over a skylight on the roof of his Parisian home. At the time of the incident, he and his buddies were having a birthday bash on the roof.
John Balance
English musician John Balance played in the group Coil. He fell from a two-story balcony on November 13, 2004, and was fatally injured.
Robert Culp
American actor Robert Culp starred in episodes of “I Spy” on television. Culp had a heart attack on March 24, 2010, while out for a stroll in the Runyon Canyon, which led to his fatal fall.
Johnny Lewis
An American actor named Johnny Lewis starred in “Sons of Anarchy” on television. Lewis killed Catherine Davis, his 81-year-old landlord, in her house on September 26, 2012. He was also discovered dead at the spot, having either committed suicide by jumping off the roof or falling from it.

Drummer for the ensemble!!! was American musician Jerry Fuchs. Fuchs attempted to leap out of a malfunctioning elevator that he was trapped in on November 8, 2009, but he fell to his death.
