Exercise makes you hungry
Swimming burns calories. That is of course exactly what you want, but it also makes you hungry again. It is wise to have a snack before and/or after exercise. You’ve gained muscle

You are too impatient
Losing weight does not happen automatically and not suddenly. Make sure you have a plan that suits you and don’t be too hard on yourself, you should be able to stick with it for a long time.
